Terms of Use

Using the app

Use is currently limited to people invited by the operator. A parent or guardian should supervise children. The app uses AI to respond to stories, make artwork, and speak; AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable, so a grown-up should review it.

Your stories

Please use material you have the right to share. Do not add personal information about a real child or family, harmful content, or material that infringes another person's rights. The app stores books on the owner's Mac so they can be reopened on the same device.

YouTube uploads

Sending a book to the television asks the app to check it, make a video, and upload it to the connected YouTube channel. An automated check is not a guarantee. A parent or guardian should review the story before upload. YouTube controls the video's visibility and may apply its own rules. Once a video is uploaded, removing the book from the app does not remove the video from YouTube.

Availability

The app runs from the owner's Mac and may be unavailable when that Mac is off, asleep, or being maintained. The operator may change or stop the app and may remove access when needed.
